三文魚 2件
菠菜 100克
紅蔥頭 2粒
忌廉芝士 100克
薯仔 1隻
糖 1/2茶匙鹽
黑胡椒碎
混合香草
蛋液 30克

?心太軟食譜(2小杯)
無鹽牛油 50克
黑朱古力 80克
蛋 1隻
糖 10克
低筋麵粉 12克
雪糕 2球
朱古力粉 1茶匙

其他:
無鹽牛油 5克
低筋麵粉 5克

Wellington Salmon Recipe (For 2 servings)
Puff pastry 1sheet
Salmon fillet 2pcs
Spinach 100g
Shallots 2pcs
Cream cheese 100g
Potato 1pc
Sugar 1/2tsp
Salt
Black peppa
Dried mix herbs
Egg wash 30g

Chocolate Lava Cake (For 2 servings)
Unsalted butter 50g
Dark Chocolate 80g
Egg 1pc
Sugar 10g
Ice cream 2 scoops
Choco powder

Other:
Unsalted butter 5g
Cake flour 5 g

200’C bake for 10-12 min
